An historical property
Aubrey Villa was built in the 1860s and started life as a traditional (although large) Cornish Cottage. For many years it had close links with the Sennen Cove lifeboat station and was the home of several past Coxswains. In recent years it has undergone a major period of expansion and development and now offers 5 bedrooms each with its own bath / shower room. The house has 3 storeys although the top floor is self-contained and used only by the owners when they are in Sennen.
In the heart of the Cove
The house has been used as a holiday let for several years and is one of those properties where family groups return year after year. It has everything you could possibly want in a holiday home and probably more besides. As a result of requests from past guests the owners have now created the ground floor wheel-chair friendly accessible bedroom and have added a ground floor WC. The huge L shaped lounge is perfect for the large group or a special occasion gathering.
Sleeping up to 12
The house has a perfect position directly on the seafront at Sennen Cove. There is level access to the nearby facilities including restaurants, shop, gallery and surf schools and of course Sennen's mile long beach! It benefits from full oil-fired central heating and solar panels. The lower 2 floors have 5 double (or larger) bedrooms and the house can comfortably accommodate a party of 12. Each of the bedrooms has it's own private bathroom so no queuing for the shower after a day on the beautiful beach.
